The Deadliest Night…😱 

One dark scary night there was this girl named Hannah

She was walking home but then the unthinkable happened. There were two tall men that were following her… she started to walk fast but then……… she looked back and those two men were gone. She thought she was safe but then the two men grabbed her. She was trying to scream at the top of her lungs but she couldn’t because those two men were blocking her mouth but then they putted her into the car and it all went black….

When she  woke up she was in a room with three black doors she saw two more people. She was so scared that she couldn’t even walk. She thought she was going to die but then there was this man that said ¨you have to choose one door if you don’t choose a door something bad will happen to you.

Hanna – ¨Ahhhh okay i’ll pick a door!¨ Man – ¨MUHAHAHA just watch if you pick the wrong door something will happen…¨” hmm you think to yourself and say what door hmm should you pick ? hmm you decide to pick the middle door… AHHHH NOOOOO !!!……..

                              The creepy lighthouse☣️

As you walk into A world full of lightning you could see A grumpy sky. As you walk around you could feel the ground shaking like the waves are pushing you. 

Once you walk inside the creepy lighthouse you could smell A weird smell. It smells like A fish was just in your lighthouse. You could hear A deep voice saying hello but when you look back you could see an old can of food. You open the old can and you smell it and it smells like an old sour bottle of milk.

BOOM!!  The lightning stuck makes you feel the electricity running through your body.

NEW ZEALAND SIGN     LANGUAGE👉

On Tuesday 7th may kea had a fun learning experience. We were learning sign language with Mrs saunders.

With Mrs saunders. We were learning about the sign language alphabet. You can use your hands to make your name. You can say hi bye in sign language.

With Mrs Mel we were doing a hearing loss simulator. Hearing loss simulator is a website to see how def you are. And to understand what it would be like if you were def. The modes are Normal Mid and severe.

Next was a whisper challenge with whaea Ocea in waka tahi . With whaea Ocea one person has to say one word and then the other people has to cover their ears and try and see what the person said.

Lastly we were with Mrs Ashley we were doing charades. Charades is a card game when you have to act out a Animal  and the other people  has to guess out what your acting out

Intro: Today Kea made some Anzac cookies here is the recipe

      THE ANZAC COOKIES🍪

🍪Ingredients🍪

• 1 Tablespoon of flour

• 2 cups of water

• ⅔ cups of of brown sugar

• ⅔ cups of desiccated coconut

• 2 tablespoons of golden syrup

• ½ teaspoon of baking soda

• 125 grams of  melted butter 

• Rolled oats 

🍪Equipment🍪

• Mixing bowl

• Measuring cups

• Baking paper

• Baking Tray

• Measuring spoons/tablespoons

🍪Steps🍪

• Wash your hands

• Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius

• Next get one bowl dan add flour 

• Add brown sugar and desiccated coconut

• Next add rolled oats

• Now you need to add 125 grams of butter but you need to warm your butter first.

• Add a teaspoon of baking soda

• Now add golden syrup and Mix everything 

• When your  done mixing everything add baking paper to your baking tray. And get some of your cookie dough but make sure you get a little bit of your cookie dough and roll it into a bowl

• Now add your dough into a tray and flatten it and add your tray in the oven and bake it for 10 min

      The Active volcano!

One early morning, I woke up, the whole house was shaking. It was cloudy and gloomy.

 When I was looking around everything was black. I tried to turn on the lights but it wouldn’t turn on. I woke up my dad and mom and told them ,what’s happening. I was scared then my parents and i went outside because we could see the lava coming close to us.

We couldn’t get clothes because we were in a rush people were screaming  like cheetahs. I shouted to my parents to run. Run! We ran for our life, I couldn’t see because the smoke from the lava was covering the whole town.

Well I was running and I could smell the black smoke. It smelt so bad. We ran far away from the volcano. I saw my friends. I saw Talumeti,Tes and Asinat. We were all running. 

Soon after we found a place to stay. I couldn’t sleep that night because I could hear the volcano going like boom!. It was morning I went outside and there were stinky rocks everywhere.Tes,Talum

eti and Asinat woke up and saw the rocks everywhere. It  smelt so bad! My parents woke up and they came outside then we were walking around. I knew that I couldn’t go back to town I but I am okay. The end…

groups of 5. My group were Katalina,Rosey,Shawneew-lee,Jen and myself. Next we had to get a large tray with a bottle/jar and a spoon. After that we had to get some sand and fill the large tray. After that, we got some water and poured the water into our large tray. Next we mixed the water and sand to make wet sand. Next we formed a large mountain using wet sand.

Then we got our test tube and filled it with baking soda, water and red food colouring.Shake,Shake. We mixed all of the materials together really well. We placed the test tube at the tip of the mountain. Now we are ready to pour the vinegar. I’m excited to find out what may happen.

Boom! The overflow of lava, what an amazing experiment. Our volcano just erupted.

Walking slowly up the stairs onto the stage. I was feeling scared because I might trip when I´m dancing.

I´m feeling nervous because the whole school is watching me. My Auntie is in the audience

too.

By the end of the dance i was feeling happy, I didn´t trip and I had a big smile on my face. Everyone was clapping and cheering me on.

There is a blue door in a dark forest. the door is all blue it looks like there is dog poop on top of the door. Its so old that the paint was coming off. I blinked and i saw the door was gone i thought to myself, i was imagining that there was a door but then a big blue door came up and it was coming closer and closer i opened the big blue door…
