Mr Lopi is our superhero because reep’s the school clean he mows the lawn with leaf vacuum

 He gets rid of the leaves on the floor.

He compostst the food scraps.

He empties our rubbish bins. He organizes people to come in to help fix our buildings.

Miss Sarah is our superhoro because She does so many jobs at our school. She answered the phone,she takes care of kids in the sick bay. She helps Mr. Reddy with his paperwork.

Miss Sarah books our buses,she gives us jackets,shoes and shocks. She loves us and is kind to us,she acts like we are her kids. She sometimes goes to people’s houses and drops off food and school work.

We like her clothes and she told us she lives in the sick bay beds.

We had a big surprise for the student teachers. Me, Ula and some of our friends made a gift for the Learning Assistants,  we gave one for each student teacher we gave one for Ana,Mel,Sarah and Moira. When we gave their gifts to them they were so happy, the next day we give Max her gift, she was so happy that we give her gift.

Whoosh I’ve been scooped by jenthuel and poured down a funnel into a plastic bottle. i’m surrounded by my whanau  loads of baking soda. suddenly a balloon with vinegar in side of the balloon was poured into the bottle. Ahh! suddenly i was melthing  just liquid. suddenly it was so quiet. but then i felt like i was going to explode with my whanau.

5,4,3,2,1 Boom! Bang! my eyes were flashing as I saw a cannon explode. My eyes were so big as I saw the smoke coming out of the black cannon. starting from the start. Kea went to the maritime museum first. We all had to go outside and see the cannon explode  but before we had to get into groups. I thought that we were going to be cool explorers because  we saw big boats and mini kind of boats they were so cool that 

I almost lost my group.

It was so fun at the maritime museum.

ZOOM! Have you ever built a balloon rocket? Well, I am here to tell you how to build one. On Monday me and my group were making a balloon rocket. We used string, straw, tape, and a balloon.

First, we put the straw, tape and the balloon together by threading the straw onto the string. We taped the balloon onto the straw. We tested how high  the balloon would go. We blew up the balloons into different sizes, small, big and medium. 

Next we tested out how far the balloons went. The big balloon went all the way to the end of the string. The small balloon didn’t go far and the medium one went halfway. It was so fun doing this experiment. 

We also did a height experiment with the balloon rocket. We did it on the chair. Some of my group was on the ground and Ula was on the chair holding the string. We tested how far it will go when the string is held up high. It was so fun to do the experiment. My group  is the best. 

Lastly, we went outside to the teachers who were doing the same  experiment. It was so fun. They had to hold the string and they tied the string to the pole. The balloon went all the way because the wind was pushing it too. The experiment was so fun and the teachers were the best.

I used tree blocks and sticks and built it high up in the sky. I made it into a triangle because that’s the shape of some kites.

Boom!  Kea  went to the hall and Nano Girl and her team were there. They were doing some crazy stuff like fire on their hands! They had. water, soap, and gas. First they put soap  in the bowl and they  put the gas in. Atomic Arissa dipped her hand in the bowl and she got her hand out of the bowl  and then she. lit her hand on fire it was such a BIG flame!

After that, they were doing a chicken in a cup. and they were doing  balloon

skewer experiment. They also had a leaf  blower. so they can make a hover board hover. They used a chair, and an old table to make the hoverboard. It looked so fun and at the hall it was fun. I was so happy that Nanogirl came to Wesley primary.
