Intro: Today Kea made some Anzac cookies here is the recipe

      THE ANZAC COOKIES🍪

🍪Ingredients🍪

  • 1 Tablespoon of flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • ⅔ cups of of brown sugar
  • ⅔ cups of desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 125 grams of  melted butter 
  • Rolled oats 


🍪Equipment🍪

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Baking paper
  • Baking Tray
  • Measuring spoons/tablespoons

🍪Steps🍪

  • Wash your hands
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius
  • Next get one bowl dan add flour 
  • Add brown sugar and desiccated coconut
  • Next add rolled oats
  • Now you need to add 125 grams of butter but you need to warm your butter first.
  • Add a teaspoon of baking soda
  • Now add golden syrup and Mix everything 
  • When your  done mixing everything add baking paper to your baking tray. And get some of your cookie dough but make sure you get a little bit of your cookie dough and roll it into a bowl
  • Now add your dough into a tray and flatten it and add your tray in the oven and bake it for 10 min
